Travel Like an Artist

Join a community of painters and creative explorers who travel not just to see, but to truly experience art and place. Whether it’s a long weekend in a U.S. city or a two-week international residency, you’ll spend your days immersed in museums, meeting master craftsmen, and creating on-site through personalized drawing and painting assignments.

Each trip is crafted for connection — with your own creative practice, with fellow artists, and with the stories behind the art you encounter. You’ll return home inspired, restored, and ready to see the world through fresh eyes.

Each destination offers a mix of structured learning and spontaneous discovery. In New York, we studied John Singer Sargent at The Met before a night at the Art League’s 150th Anniversary Ball. In Chicago, we explored Impressionist collections at the Art Institute and spent an evening at Teatro Zinzanni. International trips have included figure drawing in Florence, marionette making in Prague, printmaking and bookbinding in Japan, and plein-air painting in Amsterdam beside the last working pigment windmill. Every itinerary blends art, culture, and connection—with great food, conversation, and time to recharge between creative adventures.

Each trip is an invitation to slow down, look closely, and reconnect with your creative voice. You’ll come home with new skills, lasting friendships, and sketchbooks full of memories — not just from what you saw, but from how deeply you experienced it. These journeys remind us that making art and traveling the world share the same purpose: to see with wonder, and to live more fully in the moment.

pcoming destinations include San Miguel de Allende and Mexico City (2026) and Boston (May 2026).
