January 7, 14, 21, 28 February 4, 11
ALL LEVELS
Students will learn approaches to create accurate measurements, angles, proportions, and values using tools such as plumb lines, tracing paper, finding coincidences and connecting points. These small drawings can be used to inform larger paintings - no matter the size. This practical drawing approach is taught as building blocks becoming more complex and accurate each week. This practical method has proven to save both time and money.
Though this course is designed for painters this practical approach to drawing and assessing objects will help anyone looking to learn new skills and tricks to render accurate drawings which can be used for a variety of transfer methods.
This class is for all levels. Reference images will be provided. This class will include live demos and weekly reviews of homework.
